Commissioned Artwork.

Commissioned artwork is a unique opportunity for you to collaborate directly with the artist to create a personalized piece of art tailored to your vision. Instead of purchasing a pre-existing work, you’ll be involved in the creative process from the beginning—choosing details such as size, subject matter, theme, and overall tone.

How It Works

  1. Initial Consultation:
    We’ll discuss your ideas, preferences, and expectations. This includes style, color palette, subject, dimensions, and any reference materials you may have.

  2. Quote & Agreement:
    Once the scope is clear, you’ll receive a price quote. A formal agreement will be provided, outlining project details such as:

    • Payment terms

    • Estimated time frame for completion

    • Artwork specifications

    • Usage rights and delivery method

  3. Deposit & Scheduling:
    A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin work. Once received, the project will be scheduled and production will begin within the agreed-upon time frame.

  4. Creation & Progress:
    The artist will create the piece using their own creative interpretation and professional style. While exact deadlines are not provided, the work will be completed within a mutually agreed time frame.

  5. Approval & Final Payment:
    Upon completion, images of the finished piece will be sent for your approval. Once approved, the remaining 50% balance is due before pickup or shipping.

  6. Delivery:
    After full payment is received, your artwork will be carefully packaged and shipped, or prepared for pickup.

Important Notes

  • All commissioned sales are final. Due to the custom nature of commissioned work, no returns or refunds are accepted.

  • The artist retains the right to use images of the commissioned artwork for promotional purposes (unless otherwise agreed).

  • Shipping costs are calculated separately and will be discussed during the agreement phase.
