Return & refund policy.

We want you to love your artwork, but if for any reason you’re not satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

Return Options

You may choose from the following:

  1. Store Credit for the full purchase amount, or

  2. Refund to your original payment method, minus a 20% processing fee (based on the total purchase price).

We’re happy to assist you in finding a replacement artwork. If you’d like help, just let us know—we can help guide you to a piece you’ll truly connect with.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your artwork arrives damaged or there’s a production issue:

  • Contact us within 14 days of receipt.

  • Email us photos of the damage (and the packaging, if applicable).

  • Once we review the issue, we’ll offer either a full refund or a replacement—your choice.

  • In most cases, there’s no need to return the damaged piece; you may keep, donate, or dispose of it.

Return Requirements

  • Items must be returned in original condition and original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging).

  • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, unless the item was damaged or misprinted.

  • Refunds will be issued in the original payment currency, subject to current exchange rates.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

  • Commissioned artworks

  • Sale items

  • Any artwork that has been stretched, cropped, or altered after delivery

Refund Timing

Once your return is received and approved:

  • Refunds will be issued within 10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Please allow extra time for your bank or card issuer to process the transaction.
